Among our specialties is CNC precision machine shop services for complex or difficult to machine components that require close tolerance machining. Tolerances: +/- .0005  Surface finishes: to RA32. Work envelope: 52 in. between centers; diameter up to 14 in.  

Additional services include engraving,  saw cutting, metal sawing, deburring, tumbling,  metal finishing such as glass bead blasting

PROJECT REVIEW. On many occasions, we have been called upon by new customers to review the specs and product application of a proposed project. By drawing on our knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, we often can identify features of a design that are unnecessary and which might trigger higher than necessary production costs. This value-added service enables us to optimize the product design and, thereby, effect significant manufacturing savings. We will work from your blueprint or assist you in the development of specs for your product or component. Throughout the development and manufacturing process, our experienced technicians will continue to work closely with your engineering and manufacturing departments to provide technical assistance.
