Kustom Precision Machine Products is a contract manufacturer of custom components & products specializing in high precision, close tolerance, CNC milling and CNC turning. We are equipped to handle both traditional and advanced, computer-controlled milling projects.

CNC Milling. Our vertical  machining centers are manned by skilled operators, broadly experienced in the machining of traditional metals, advanced alloys and plastics. We offer precision vertical CNC milling services, in combination with EZ-mill systems, to handle work envelopes up to 64 in. x 32 in. x 30 in. (CNC milling) and up to 16 in. x 32 in. (traditional [manual] milling). Flat or contoured surfaces are machined to exacting finishes and accuracy. Angles, slots, gear teeth, and recess cuts are accomplished with a variety of cutters. Kustom Precision personnel and equipment resources enable us to form parts of simple shapes as well as complex parts with intricate geometries.

Project Development.  We will work from your blueprint or assist you in the development of specs for your product or component. Throughout the development and manufacturing process, our experienced technicians will continue to work closely with your engineering and manufacturing departments to provide technical assistance.
